Where do I find my account code?

Your account code appears in My Account the moment your trial or subscription starts, and in your chat with support. It is personal and belongs to your account — not to a single connection. Log in with the code plus the email address or phone number we have on file and you are straight in. Can't find the code? Support will issue you a new one.
