• **Binding Arbitration:** For certain disputes, binding arbitration may be required as the sole method of resolution to ensure fair outcomes.
• **Class Action Waiver:** To the extent permitted by law, you agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against LUNOTV.
